Payment Security & Data Protection
- All payments are processed securely by Stripe, which is certified to PCI-DSS Level 1, the highest level of payment industry security certification.
- Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect your information during checkout.
- Lilavati does not store your card number or security code (CVC) on our servers. Card details are sent directly to Stripe.
Currencies & Exchange Rates
- You can pay in either Thai Baht (THB) or US Dollars (USD). Your card will be charged in the currency shown at checkout.
- If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank may convert the charge using its own exchange rate and may apply foreign transaction fees.
Order Verification & Security Checks
To help protect against unauthorized transactions, orders may be reviewed before shipping. If we need more information, we may contact you to confirm your purchase.
Failed Transactions & Support
If your payment is declined or does not go through:
- Check that your card number, expiry date and security code (CVC) are correct.
- Make sure your card is enabled for online and international payments. You may need to confirm this with your bank.
- Try a different Visa or Mastercard, or use Apple Pay or Google Pay.
